The acquisition of KBS Passive Fire Fire
Safety System FZC is the result of 9 months of negotiations that concluded in
July 2013 . Fire Safety Systems ( FIRE SAFETY AS) of Norway and KBS Passive
Fire Inc. are two of the largest privately owned and well known manufacturers
and suppliers of Passive Fire Protection in general construction , heavy
industry and oil and gas markets .
Fire Safety Systems FZC has
offices in Norway, Canada and Dubai (and also the representatives of Mexico ,
Brazil and Indonesia ) and covers the entire market of Passive Fire Protection,
with manufacturing plants in Germany and the UK.
